Transporeon transport emissions reporting from shipment exports
LogisticsAI can work with exported CSV or XLSX shipment data from Transporeon when the fields needed for emissions calculation and quality review are present.
Keep visibility events distinct from activity
Transporeon's documented visibility data can include shipment references, ETA and status. Those events help explain what happened, but an ETA is not a travelled distance or an emissions factor. For calculation, use an authorised shipment export with the actual transport activity and preserve the platform reference for review.
Check sharing rights and missing fields
Only use records you can lawfully export for this purpose. Map origin, destination, date, mode, distance and weight before trying a small file. LogisticsAI does not request Transporeon API credentials through this page or imply an official integration.
How this fits your work
- Audience
- Teams using Transporeon exports for customer, procurement, or sustainability reporting.
- Problem
- Shipment data often exists in operational systems, but emissions workflows need consistent mapping, assumptions, and artifact outputs.
- What LogisticsAI can do
- LogisticsAI maps exported shipment data, reviews quality gaps, calculates transport emissions, and packages evidence artifacts.

Frequently asked questions
Can I validate an export first?
Yes. Use the CSV validator to check likely fields before creating a workspace.
What if data is missing?
Missing data can be flagged and sometimes estimated, but assumptions should remain visible in the evidence pack.
