Alpega TMS transport emissions reporting from shipment exports
LogisticsAI can work with exported CSV or XLSX shipment data from Alpega TMS when the fields needed for emissions calculation and quality review are present.
Distinguish orders from loads
Alpega's published exit-plan document describes a CSV download of transport orders and a separate loads download, where a row can represent a load–order combination. Decide which level reflects the movement you need to report, then retain both references. Counting every order and every load as a separate trip may duplicate activity.
Review a limited export
Select a date range your team is permitted to export. Check distance, cargo weight and units before trying the LogisticsAI CSV validator or road-freight example. The available export fields and any paid data dump depend on your Alpega agreement; this page does not promise direct access.
How this fits your work
- Audience
- Teams using Alpega TMS exports for customer, procurement, or sustainability reporting.
- Problem
- Shipment data often exists in operational systems, but emissions workflows need consistent mapping, assumptions, and artifact outputs.
- What LogisticsAI can do
- LogisticsAI maps exported shipment data, reviews quality gaps, calculates transport emissions, and packages evidence artifacts.

Frequently asked questions
Can I validate an export first?
Yes. Use the CSV validator to check likely fields before creating a workspace.
What if data is missing?
Missing data can be flagged and sometimes estimated, but assumptions should remain visible in the evidence pack.
